Le goulot d&rsquo;&eacute;tranglement est au niveau du traitement des tables de recherches, des statistiques et des compteurs d&rsquo;&eacute;tat stock&eacute;s en m&eacute;moire, ainsi que des fonctions de s&eacute;quencement. En effet, le mode rafale-de-deux avec entrelacement op&egrave;re &agrave; la fr&eacute;quence maximum de 1066 MHz avec un RTR de 2132 millions de transactions par seconde (MT\/s), le mode rafale-de-deux standard op&egrave;re &agrave; une fr&eacute;quence maximum de 667 MHz et un RTR de 1334 MT\/s. Ces deux modes repr&eacute;sentent une am&eacute;lioration significative par rapport aux SRAM QDR de g&eacute;n&eacute;ration pr&eacute;c&eacute;dente (horloge 450 MHz, RTR 900 MT\/s).<br \/>\nCes circuits m&eacute;moire sont propos&eacute;s en bo&icirc;tier FCBGA 361 billes (Flip Chip Ball Grid Array) de 21 x 21 x 2.5 mm.\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>QDR-IV a &eacute;t&eacute; d&eacute;velopp&eacute; dans le cadre du consortium QDR dont les membres d&eacute;finissent en commun des standards SRAM garantissant des sources multiples et la stabilit&eacute; de l&rsquo;approvisionnement.<br \/>\nDe
