La version LT3752 fonctionne sur une gamme de tensions d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e de 6,5 V &agrave; 100 V. Pour des tensions d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 400 V et plus, la version LT3752-1 autorise un d&eacute;marrage par circuit RC &agrave; partir de la tension d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e, avec une tension maximum seulement limit&eacute;e par le choix des composants externes, ce qui le rend bien adapt&eacute; pour les applications v&eacute;hicule hybride\/v&eacute;hicule &eacute;lectrique hybride (HV\/HEV) de l&rsquo;automobile.<br \/>\nUne r&eacute;gulation de la tension de sortie de &plusmn;5% peut &ecirc;tre atteinte sans photocoupleur. Lorsqu&rsquo;un photocoupleur est utilis&eacute;, une r&eacute;gulation de &plusmn;1,5% peut &ecirc;tre r&eacute;alis&eacute;e. Le composant envoie un signal de contr&ocirc;le, via un transformateur d&rsquo;impulsions, &agrave; un contr&ocirc;leur de MOSFET au secondaire pour la temporisation du redressement synchrone. Quand il fonctionne sur une gamme de tensions d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e &eacute;troite, il peut &eacute;galement &ecirc;tre utilis&eacute; dans des applications d&rsquo;autocontr&ocirc;le o&ugrave; les MOSFET au secondaire sont contr&ocirc;l&eacute;s par les impulsions du transformateur. Gr&acirc;ce &agrave; ce dispositif, les circuits int&eacute;gr&eacute;s au secondaire ne n&eacute;cessitent plus des circuits de d&eacute;marrage pour fonctionner quand la tension de sortie est de 0 V, ce qui assure un d&eacute;marrage contr&ocirc;l&eacute; de Vout.<br \/>\nCe contr&ocirc;leur comprend une fixation de niveau volt-seconde pr&eacute;cise et programmable. Lorsque ce niveau est fix&eacute; au-del&agrave; du cycle de fonctionnement naturel du convertisseur, il g&eacute;n&egrave;re un rapport cyclique avec marge de s&eacute;curit&eacute; (guardrail) pour limiter la tension de r&eacute;initialisation du commutateur au primaire et emp&ecirc;cher la saturation du transformateur pendant les transitoires dans la charge. Cette fixation de niveau volt-seconde limite &eacute;galement le maximum de Vout si le photocoupleur est ouvert, ou alternativement utilis&eacute;, pour fixer Vout dans les applications sans photocoupleur.\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\nPour les applications non isol&eacute;es et &agrave; rapport &eacute;lev&eacute; en mode abaisseur, chaque circuit int&eacute;gr&eacute; comprend un amplificateur d&rsquo;erreur de tension qui permet l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;un convertisseur &agrave; conversion directe tr&egrave;s simple, synchrone, non isol&eacute;, enti&egrave;rement r&eacute;gul&eacute;.<br \/>\nLes caract&eacute;ristiques suppl&eacute;mentaires comprennent la protection contre les surintensit&eacute;s, un blocage ajustable en cas de sous-tensions et de surtensions en entr&eacute;e, et un arr&ecirc;t thermique int&eacute;gr&eacute;. Ce circuit fonctionne &agrave; une fr&eacute;quence de commutation programmable de 100 kHz &agrave; 500 kHz et peut &eacute;galement &ecirc;tre synchronis&eacute; &agrave; une horloge externe, ce qui facilite l&rsquo;emploi d&rsquo;une large gamme de valeurs pour l&rsquo;inductance de sortie et de tailles de transformateur.<br \/>\nCe composant est encapsul&eacute; en bo&icirc;tier TSSOP-38, avec plusieurs broches supprim&eacute;es pour un espacement adapt&eacute; aux fortes tensions. Les versions de classes E et I fonctionnent sur une gamme de temp&eacute;rature de jonction de -40 &deg;C &agrave; +125 &deg;C.
