Le r&eacute;gulateur monolithique &agrave; d&eacute;coupage, abaisseur, &agrave; mode courant 1 A, asynchrone &agrave; fr&eacute;quence fixe, g&eacute;n&egrave;re une tension de sortie r&eacute;gul&eacute;e de 2,7 V &agrave; 5 V &agrave; partir d&rsquo;une alimentation d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e pouvant atteindre 20 V. Ce dispositif est appropri&eacute; aux alimentations de maintien, &quot;&agrave; celles en perte d&rsquo;&eacute;nergies&quot; ou de sauvegarde de donn&eacute;es couramment utilis&eacute;es dans les instruments de mesure de puissance, les alarmes industrielles et les contr&ocirc;leurs monolithiques.<br \/>\nLe circuit utilise un chargeur lin&eacute;aire &agrave; CC\/CV programmable 1 A, aliment&eacute; sur la tension Vout pour charger un seul supercondensateur, un condensateur &eacute;lectrolytique ou une batterie NiMH. Une boucle de r&eacute;gulation thermique permet d&rsquo;optimiser le courant de charge tout en limitant la temp&eacute;rature de la puce &agrave; 110 &deg;C. Lorsque la tension Vin tombe en dessous du seuil de d&eacute;faillance de la tension d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e (PFI) du comparateur, le r&eacute;gulateur &eacute;l&eacute;vateur &agrave; d&eacute;coupage, &agrave; mode courant 5 A, asynchrone fr&eacute;quence fixe, transf&egrave;re l&rsquo;&eacute;nergie du supercondensateur pour obtenir la tension Vout. L&rsquo;&eacute;nergie de sauvegarde peut &ecirc;tre transf&eacute;r&eacute;e &agrave; Vout avec des tensions du condensateur aussi basses que 0,5 V. Les limites du r&eacute;gulateur &eacute;l&eacute;vateur, du chargeur et du courant d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e sont programmables. Les autres caract&eacute;ristiques comprennent un indicateur de perte de la tension Vin, un indicateur de tension VCAP &eacute;tablie et une sortie Vout de r&eacute;initialisation &agrave; la mise sous tension (POR).<br \/>\nEncapsul&eacute; en bo&icirc;tier QFN 20 broches, de 4 x 4 mm, &agrave; performances thermiques renforc&eacute;es, ce composant fonctionne avec une temp&eacute;rature de
