Con&ccedil;ues pour prendre en charge l&rsquo;&eacute;metteur-r&eacute;cepteur propri&eacute;taire RF AD9361 pour applications radios logicielles (SDR), elles peuvent &eacute;galement &ecirc;tre int&eacute;gr&eacute;es dans plusieurs plates-formes FPGA commercialis&eacute;es par Altera et Xilinx. <br \/>\nCombinant plusieurs r&eacute;gulateurs buck et LDO &agrave; faible chute de tension dans un unique bo&icirc;tier LFCSP 48 contacts compact de 7 x 7 mm, ces dispositifs constituent ainsi une solution dont la densit&eacute; de puissance peut atteindre 25 W sur un circuit imprim&eacute; occupant seulement 310 mm2.<br \/>\nCes r&eacute;gulateusr multi-sorties sont extr&ecirc;mement polyvalents avec quatre r&eacute;gulateurs buck &agrave; d&eacute;coupage, deux de 4 A et deux de 1,2 A, et un r&eacute;gulateur LDO &agrave; 200 mA. Les mod&egrave;les ADP5050\/51 disposent d&rsquo;une interface I2C qui assure la surveillance de la tension d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e et de la temp&eacute;rature de la puce, ce qui augmente la fiabilit&eacute; globale de la solution. Le haut niveau d&rsquo;int&eacute;gration permet d&rsquo;utiliser un unique circuit int&eacute;gr&eacute; dans de nombreuses applications et de r&eacute;duire ainsi le d&eacute;lai de conception des alimentations.<br \/>\nLes deux r&eacute;gulateurs &agrave; courant &eacute;lev&eacute; de ces circuits sont programmables par une r&eacute;sistance externe qui permet aux concepteurs d&rsquo;alimentations de fixer rapidement la limite de courant &agrave; 4 A, 2,5 A ou 1,2 A. Les quatre r&eacute;gulateurs &agrave; d&eacute;coupage fonctionnent dans une plage de tension d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e comprise entre 4,5 et 15 V et sont synchronis&eacute;s sur une horloge unique avec une large gamme de fr&eacute;quences programmable entre 250 kHz et 1,4 Hz.
