Ici, le circuit mesure la tension drain-source du MOSFET pour activer le redressement. Cette technique, non seulement supprime un transformateur, mais permet &agrave; ce composant de travailler avec la ligne propri&eacute;taire des produits sans photocoupleur en pleine extension, fonctionnant en mode de conduction aux limites (BCM) ou en mode de conduction critique (CrCM), ce qui les rend tr&egrave;s souples d&rsquo;emploi pour de nombreuses applications.<br \/>\nCe driver fonctionne sur une gamme de tensions d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e de 4,5 V &agrave; 40 V. Son courant de repos de 500 &micro;A maximise le rendement en cas d&rsquo;une faible charge. Sa faible r&eacute;sistance de sortie de 1 ohm permet un blocage rapide du MOSFET et ses dur&eacute;es tr&egrave;s r&eacute;duites de mise en conduction et &agrave; l&rsquo;arr&ecirc;t am&eacute;liorent l&rsquo;immunit&eacute; au bruit.
