Les versions 14 et 12 bits se caract&eacute;risent par une magnitude de la fonction de transfert plus &eacute;lev&eacute;e qui les rend appropri&eacute;es pour les applications de boucle de contr&ocirc;le.<br \/>\nDans un petit bo&icirc;tier QFN-28 de 20 mm2, cette famille int&egrave;gre une r&eacute;f&eacute;rence de tension &agrave; bande interdite de pr&eacute;cision, de 2,048 V ou 4,096 V et &agrave; faible d&eacute;rive garantie avec un coefficient de temp&eacute;rature maximum de 20 ppm\/&deg;C. Ces composants peuvent &ecirc;tre aliment&eacute;s de 3,3 V &agrave; 5 V et ne consomment que 55 mW sous 3,3 V, et 80 mW sous 5V. L&rsquo;interface s&eacute;rie rapide, CMOS ou LVDS, compatible SPI convient aux syst&egrave;mes haute vitesse, &agrave; haute int&eacute;gration.<br \/>\nCe circuit 16 bits est propos&eacute; dans
