Tous deux reposent sur la famille RX de MCU 32 bits, l&rsquo;un bas&eacute; sur le RX220 offrant 50 DMIPS et l&rsquo;autre sur le RX62T fournissant 165 DMIPS. Le kit contr&ocirc;le moteur RX220 est con&ccedil;u pour des &eacute;quipements n&eacute;cessitant des caract&eacute;ristiques dynamiques moyennes et un faible co&ucirc;t en composants. De son c&ocirc;t&eacute;, le microcontr&ocirc;leur RX62T int&egrave;gre six amplificateurs op&eacute;rationnels, six comparateurs, une unit&eacute; &agrave; virgule flottante et deux timers pour piloter simultan&eacute;ment deux moteurs triphas&eacute;s. Celui-ci fournit les caract&eacute;ristiques dynamiques requises pour piloter des moteurs avec un niveau de pr&eacute;cision tr&egrave;s &eacute;lev&eacute;.<br \/>\nDeux outils de conception ont &eacute;t&eacute; d&eacute;velopp&eacute;s sur la base de ces MCU afin de relever efficacement le d&eacute;fi auquel sont confront&eacute;s les ing&eacute;nieurs, c&rsquo;est &agrave; dire adapter le logiciel embarqu&eacute; aux exigences applicatives, notamment dans le cadre des algorithmes de r&eacute;gulation sans capteurs d&rsquo;un moteur. Ainsi, ces kits assurent le r&eacute;glage automatique des coefficients PI (Proportionnel-Int&eacute;gral) Kp, Ki et l&rsquo;identification des param&egrave;tres intrins&egrave;ques du moteur Rs, Ls, Lm. De plus, ils offrent la visualisation en temps r&eacute;el de la phase du moteur, du courant et de la r&eacute;ponse &agrave; un &eacute;chelon.<br \/>\nLes deux kits incluent une interface utilisateur graphique (GUI) conviviale sur PC, fournissant aux ing&eacute;nieurs un prototype de r&eacute;f&eacute;rence pr&ecirc;t &agrave; l&rsquo;emploi qui leur permet de piloter leurs propres moteurs en quelques clics. Ils fonctionnent &agrave; partir d&rsquo;un algorithme de contr&ocirc;le vectoriel sans capteurs, tr&egrave;s utile pour r&eacute;guler avec pr&eacute;cision la vitesse et le couple. Cet algorithme int&egrave;gre &eacute;galement la m&eacute;thode de &quot;flux weakening&quot; afin d&rsquo;obtenir des vitesses de rotation plus &eacute;lev&eacute;es que la vitesse nominale du moteur.<br \/>\nChaque kit contient la carte YROTATE-IT, un moteur AC &agrave; aimant permanent 24 VDC, un CD ROM incluant le code source du logiciel embarqu&eacute;, l&rsquo;interface utilisateur graphique sur PC, le sch&eacute;ma de la carte, la liste des composants, les fichiers Gerber, le manuel utilisateur, un guide de d&eacute;marrage rapide et les sch&eacute;mas\/fichiers Gerber de la
