Sa gamme de tensions d&rsquo;alimentation de 2,5 V &agrave; 60 V est con&ccedil;ue pour assurer une protection contre les fortes surtensions et un fonctionnement en cas de d&eacute;marrage &agrave; froid, et aussi pour couvrir une large gamme de sources d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e et de diverses batteries.<br \/>\nLe circuit ne consomme que 75 &micro;A lorsqu&rsquo;il r&eacute;gule la tension de sortie &agrave; vide, ce qui accro&icirc;t l&rsquo;autonomie des applications aliment&eacute;es sur batterie. La tension de sortie peut &ecirc;tre fix&eacute;e entre 1,25 V et 60 V pour des intensit&eacute;s jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 30 A avec des rendements aussi &eacute;lev&eacute;s que 95%, ce qui convient aux applications 12 V ou 24 V de l&rsquo;automobile, aux &eacute;quipements lourds, au contr&ocirc;le industriel, &agrave; la robotique et aux t&eacute;l&eacute;communications.<br \/>\nUne r&eacute;gulation pr&eacute;cise du courant est effectu&eacute;e gr&acirc;ce &agrave; la fonction de limitation programmable de l&rsquo;intensit&eacute; pendant que la fonction de gestion du courant fait &eacute;tat de la moyenne du courant de sortie. L&rsquo;utilisateur peut s&eacute;lectionner un des diff&eacute;rents modes de fonctionnement, continu, &agrave; densit&eacute; variable d&rsquo;impulsions ou Burst Mode &agrave; ondulation r&eacute;duite pour le fonctionnement aux faibles charges.<br \/>\nLe composant int&egrave;gre de puissants contr&ocirc;leurs de grille pour le contr&ocirc;le de plusieurs MOSFET canal N standard ou de niveau logique. Il fonctionne &agrave; une fr&eacute;quence fixe, pouvant &ecirc;tre s&eacute;lectionn&eacute;e entre 50 kHz et 1 MHz, ou synchronis&eacute; &agrave; une horloge externe sur la m&ecirc;me gamme. Son architecture &agrave; mode courant procure une compensation de boucle facile, une r&eacute;ponse rapide aux transitoires et une excellente r&eacute;gulation de ligne. Les caract&eacute;ristiques suppl&eacute;mentaires incluent un rapport cyclique jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 99% pour une faible chute de tension, des arr&ecirc;ts pr&eacute;cis en cas de sous-tension et de surtension, un d&eacute;marrage progressif, un suivi de la tension et un indicateur de tension &eacute;tablie.<br \/>\nEncapsul&eacute; en bo&icirc;tiers TSSOP 28 broches et QFN-38, de 4 x 6 mm, &agrave; performances thermiques renforc&eacute;es, ce contr&ocirc;leur est propos&eacute; en versions industrielle et gamme de temp&eacute;ratures &eacute;tendue, de -40 &deg;C &agrave; 125 &deg;C, en version de classe haute temp&eacute;rature pour l&rsquo;automobile, de -40 &deg;C &agrave; 150 &deg;C, et en version MP de classe militaire, de -55 &deg;C &agrave; 150 &deg;C.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><a
