Par exemple, les TPH4R50ANH 100 V et TPH2900ENH 200 V affichant respectivement des RDS(ON) maximum de 4.5 mohms et 29 mohms &agrave; VGS de 10 V associent les valeurs de RDS(ON) les plus basses &agrave; une charge de grille Qg et &agrave; une capacit&eacute; d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e Ciss tr&egrave;s basses.<br \/>\nCes transistors s&rsquo;appuient sur le processus propri&eacute;taire de production de semiconducteurs de huiti&egrave;me g&eacute;n&eacute;ration UMOS. Ce processus offre des am&eacute;liorations significatives au niveau des caract&eacute;ristiques RDS(ON) et Ciss qui permettent d&rsquo;optimiser le rendement et les vitesses de commutation, tout en r&eacute;duisant le bruit rayonn&eacute; &agrave; un niveau minimum.<br \/>\nLes applications cible de cette gamme de MOSFET CMS sont notamment la conversion AC\/DC et DC\/DC dans les syst&egrave;mes industriels, les appareils m&eacute;nagers num&eacute;riques, l&rsquo;&eacute;quipement informatique et les consoles de jeu.
