L&rsquo;option R&amp;S RTM-B1 ajoute 16 voies logiques &agrave; l&rsquo;oscilloscope. Avec un taux d&rsquo;&eacute;chantillonnage de 5 G&eacute;ch\/s et une profondeur m&eacute;moire de 20 M&eacute;ch, cet appareil est le meilleur de sa cat&eacute;gorie en termes de performance des canaux num&eacute;riques et analogiques, ce qui permet aux utilisateurs de mesurer avec pr&eacute;cision les longues s&eacute;quences de signaux. Son concept d&rsquo;exploitation intelligent assure une extr&ecirc;me convivialit&eacute; d&rsquo;utilisation.<br \/>\nLes options d&rsquo;analyse de puissance R&amp;S RTM-K31 et R&amp;S RTO-K31 mettent &agrave; la disposition des utilisateurs des fonctions de mesure sp&eacute;cialis&eacute;es leur permettant de tester automatiquement la qualit&eacute; des alimentations &agrave; d&eacute;coupage modernes y compris la qualit&eacute; de la tension secteur, de la plage d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e et de la zone de s&eacute;curit&eacute; SOA du transistor de d&eacute;coupage. Ils pourront ainsi, lors de l&rsquo;analyse de puissance, appr&eacute;cier la haute sensibilit&eacute; et la grande dynamique de ces oscilloscopes. Ces propri&eacute;t&eacute;s permettent de caract&eacute;riser exactement l&rsquo;ondulation de la tension de sortie des alimentations et de mesurer avec pr&eacute;cision les faibles tensions ou courants dans les convertisseurs.<br \/>\nLes mesures de gigue (jitter) sont importantes lors de l&rsquo;&eacute;laboration des circuits dot&eacute;s d&rsquo;interfaces de donn&eacute;es s&eacute;rie haute vitesse, telles que USB 2.0 ou HDMI. L&rsquo;option analyse de gigue R&amp;S RTO-K12 permet de r&eacute;aliser ces mesures de gigue en automatique et offre un large &eacute;ventail de fonctions intelligentes. Ainsi, par exemple, un assistant aide les utilisateurs dans la r&eacute;alisation des mesures les plus importantes afin d&rsquo;obtenir rapidement les r&eacute;sultats. Pour faire face au d&eacute;fi particulier que repr&eacute;sente l&rsquo;horloge incorpor&eacute;e (embedded clock) dans le signal et utilis&eacute;e comme r&eacute;f&eacute;rence de temps lors de l&rsquo;analyse de gigue, le R&amp;S RTO-K12 est dot&eacute;e d&rsquo;une fonction logicielle de r&eacute;cup&eacute;ration de donn&eacute;es d&rsquo;horloge CDR configurable r&eacute;f&eacute;renc&eacute;e R&amp;S RTO-K13. Ainsi, pour la premi&egrave;re fois, les utilisateurs peuvent d&eacute;clencher et analyser des signaux en temps r&eacute;el sur la base de l&rsquo;horloge. Les fonctions histogrammes et tests de gabarit permettent d&rsquo;obtenir rapidement des r&eacute;sultats fiables.<br \/>\nEn ce qui concerne les transmissions de donn&eacute;es via Ethernet ou USB, des options logicielles d&eacute;velopp&eacute;es pour l&rsquo;oscilloscope hautes performances R&amp;S RTO r&eacute;pondent aux besoins de test exprim&eacute;s par les d&eacute;veloppeurs de telles interfaces. Le logiciel de test de conformit&eacute; Ethernet R&amp;S RTO-K22 comprend des tests automatis&eacute;s pour interfaces Ethernet 10\/100\/1000 conformes aux sp&eacute;cifications de test IEEE et ANSI. Le logiciel de test de conformit&eacute; USB 2.0 R&amp;S RTO-K21 inclut des sc&eacute;narios de test pour les dispositifs sous test USB 2.0 utilis&eacute;s comme p&eacute;riph&eacute;riques, h&ocirc;tes ou hubs.
