Il compl&egrave;te la gamme de capteurs &agrave; effet Hall existante en fournissant une solution bas co&ucirc;t pour les march&eacute;s non automobiles. Les coefficients de temp&eacute;rature, de la sensibilit&eacute; et de l&rsquo;offset de la tension de sortie sont programm&eacute;s en usine pour am&eacute;liorer la pr&eacute;cision en comparaison des autres capteurs bas co&ucirc;t de la gamme.<br \/>\nFabriqu&eacute; dans un process monolithique BiCMOS, ce circuit int&egrave;gre un &eacute;l&eacute;ment Hall, une circuiterie de compensation de la sensibilit&eacute; et de l&rsquo;offset pour corriger les variations de l&rsquo;&eacute;l&eacute;ment Hall, un amplificateur petits signaux &agrave; fort gain et une technique propri&eacute;taire d&rsquo;annulation de l&rsquo;offset en dynamique. Le capteur &agrave; effet Hall ratiom&eacute;trique stable en temp&eacute;rature fournit une tension de sortie proportionnelle au champ magn&eacute;tique appliqu&eacute; et d&eacute;livre une tension de sortie &agrave; champ nul &agrave; 50% de la tension d&rsquo;alimentation.<br \/>\nCe capteur est bien adapt&eacute; pour les applications bas co&ucirc;t o&ugrave; l&rsquo;espace est r&eacute;duit et o&ugrave; deux seuils peuvent &ecirc;tre mesur&eacute;s et une calibration de la fonction de transfert peut &ecirc;tre r&eacute;alis&eacute;e par le microcontr&ocirc;leur. Gr&acirc;ce &agrave; cette routine de calibration, une application peut tol&eacute;rer une plus grande variation de la sensibilit&eacute; d&rsquo;un composant &agrave; l&rsquo;autre et il est donc possible d&rsquo;utiliser des capteurs de pr&eacute;cision moyenne tel que ce dispositif.<br \/>\nLes applications vis&eacute;es sont la mesure lin&eacute;aire de proximit&eacute; dans les jouets et consoles, les compteurs &eacute;lectriques intelligents avec d&eacute;tection de fraude, les outils &eacute;lectriques, les produits blancs et les potentiom&egrave;tres sans contact.<br \/>\nPropos&eacute; en bo&icirc;tier CMS miniature SOT-23W &agrave; 3 broches r&eacute;pondant au besoin d&rsquo;un faible encombrement, ce capteur supporte les temp&eacute;ratures de la gamme industrielle de -40 &deg;C &agrave; +85 &deg;C.
