Ses caract&eacute;ristiques uniques comprennent la g&eacute;n&eacute;ration automatique de la requ&ecirc;te de r&eacute;veil (WURQ) et la possibilit&eacute; d&rsquo;un courant de plus forte intensit&eacute; en sortie pour le d&eacute;marrage du circuit esclave. Le syst&egrave;me WURQ g&eacute;n&egrave;re des impulsions de r&eacute;veil, autoprogramm&eacute;es dans le temps et ayant la bonne polarit&eacute;, ce qui permet de moins solliciter le microcontr&ocirc;leur. Des m&eacute;canismes de s&eacute;curit&eacute; g&egrave;rent le multiport et r&eacute;it&egrave;rent des WURQ pour emp&ecirc;cher des surcharges thermiques et maintenir une communication sans erreur. Le g&eacute;n&eacute;rateur d&rsquo;impulsions de courant offre toutes les fonctions requises pour r&eacute;pondre aux demandes de courant de d&eacute;marrage associ&eacute;es &agrave; la norme IO-Link v1.1.1.<br \/>\nCe circuit apporte robustesse et fiabilit&eacute; &agrave; l&rsquo;interface physique sp&eacute;cifi&eacute;e dans le standard IO-Link. Le contr&ocirc;leur Hot Swap de la carte et le MOSFET canal N externe de l&rsquo;interface de puissance prot&egrave;gent les composants connect&eacute;s contre les courants d&rsquo;appel au moment du d&eacute;marrage et des dysfonctionnements. Des diodes de blocage &plusmn;50 V, int&eacute;gr&eacute;es dans l&rsquo;interface des lignes de donn&eacute;es, assurent une protection contre les erreurs et les surtensions. Ainsi, le circuit convient aux environnements s&eacute;v&egrave;res des API connect&eacute;s par des c&acirc;bles jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 20 m de longueur. Les lignes de donn&eacute;es supportent des d&eacute;charges &eacute;lectrostatiques (ESD) de &plusmn;8 kV HBM (mod&egrave;le du corps humain) sans blocage ni d&eacute;g&acirc;ts. Toutes les autres broches sont prot&eacute;g&eacute;es jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; &plusmn;6 kV HBM. Une interface SPI permet la configuration de l&rsquo;h&ocirc;te et la gestion de plusieurs param&egrave;tres incluant la tension d&rsquo;alimentation d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e, l&rsquo;&eacute;tat de tension r&eacute;gul&eacute;e en sortie, et le journal d&rsquo;erreurs. Les contr&ocirc;les programmables des limites de courant par Hot Swap, les minuteurs d&rsquo;arr&ecirc;t de circuit, des filtres de suppression de bruit et du courant entrant ajoutent de la souplesse dans les communications et la maintenance des erreurs dans des syst&egrave;mes vari&eacute;s.<br \/>\nD&rsquo;autres possibilit&eacute;s font que cette interface convient &agrave; une grande vari&eacute;t&eacute; d&rsquo;applications. Une gamme de tension de fonctionnement de 8 V &agrave; 30 V r&eacute;pond au mode Standard I\/O (SIO) et autres applications industrielles. Les sorties du contr&ocirc;leur peuvent &ecirc;tre mises en parall&egrave;le pour multiplier par 4 les possibilit&eacute;s de contr&ocirc;le requises par IO-Link.<br \/>\nLes broches de signalisation sont compatibles avec les entr&eacute;es\/sorties I\/O num&eacute;riques IEC61131-2 de type 2 et de type 3. Un dispositif de mesure de c&acirc;ble assure que les sorties d&rsquo;alimentation d&eacute;marrent seulement apr&egrave;s la connexion des c&acirc;bles, autorisant un enfichage &agrave; chaud sans &eacute;tincelles qui, autrement, pourraient diminuer la dur&eacute;e de vie du connecteur.<br \/>\nFonctionnant sur la gamme de temp&eacute;ratures industrielles de -40 &deg;C &agrave; +85 &deg;C, ce composant est propos&eacute; en bo&icirc;tier QFN-38, de 5 x 7 mm, ou TSSOP-38, conforme &agrave; la norme RoHS.
