La compensation de l&rsquo;&eacute;volution en temp&eacute;rature de la DCR maintient un seuil de limite d&rsquo;intensit&eacute; constant et pr&eacute;cis sur une large gamme de temp&eacute;ratures.<br \/>\nCe contr&ocirc;leur peut &ecirc;tre associ&eacute; avec une large gamme de produits de puissance externes, comme les modules de puissance et les DrMOS, ainsi que les composants discrets MOSFET canal N et les contr&ocirc;leurs de grille associ&eacute;s, ce qui autorise des mises en &oelig;uvre souples. Il accepte une gamme de tensions d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e de 4,5 V &agrave; 38 V et g&eacute;n&egrave;re une tension de sortie fixe de 0,6 V &agrave; 3,5 V. En cas de demandes de forte intensit&eacute; pouvant atteindre 360 A, jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 12 phases peuvent &ecirc;tre mises en parall&egrave;le et synchronis&eacute;es en opposition de phase afin de minimiser le filtrage en entr&eacute;e et en sortie.<br \/>\nCe dispositif fonctionne &agrave; fr&eacute;quence fixe, s&eacute;lectionn&eacute;e dans la gamme 200 kHz &agrave; 1,2 MHz, ou peut &ecirc;tre synchronis&eacute; &agrave; une horloge externe. Les amplificateurs diff&eacute;rentiels doubles permettent une mesure de la tension de sortie d&eacute;port&eacute;e vraie. Le r&eacute;glage de la limite d&rsquo;intensit&eacute; peut &ecirc;tre programm&eacute; pour des mesures de tr&egrave;s faibles tensions, de 10 mV &agrave; 30 mV, pour minimiser les pertes de puissance. De plus, le circuit poss&egrave;de un d&eacute;marrage progressif r&eacute;glable ou le suivi de tension, et maintient une pr&eacute;cision de la tension de sortie de &plusmn;0,75%, sur une gamme de temp&eacute;ratures de fonctionnement de -40 &deg;C &agrave; 125 &deg;C.
