Cette solution permet l&rsquo;installation de nombreux capteurs, sans restriction d&#8217;emplacement, qui fournissent des donn&eacute;es additionnelles ou plus pr&eacute;cises que par le pass&eacute;. L&rsquo;absence de c&acirc;bles pr&eacute;sente un avantage majeur en termes de consommation de carburant et de co&ucirc;ts de maintenance, encore renforc&eacute; par l&rsquo;apport suppl&eacute;mentaire d&rsquo;informations qui permet un meilleur contr&ocirc;le de l&rsquo;avion. Ces r&eacute;sultats ont valu au projet d&rsquo;&ecirc;tre prim&eacute; aux <em>Mechatronics Awards<\/em> 2013 dans la cat&eacute;gorie &quot;&nbsp;Recherche&nbsp;&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet StrainWISE, initi&eacute; par Airbus dans le&nbsp; cadre du programme &quot;&nbsp;Clean Sky&nbsp;&quot;, est la d&eacute;monstration concr&egrave;te des capacit&eacute;s d&rsquo;utilisation des r&eacute;seaux de capteurs sans fil dans les applications a&eacute;ronautiques. Chaque capteur est muni d&rsquo;un &eacute;metteur-r&eacute;cepteur radio et d&rsquo;une alimentation autonome. La consommation d&rsquo;&eacute;nergie a &eacute;t&eacute; r&eacute;duite &agrave; son minimum, que ce soit durant le vol ou lors de l&rsquo;immobilisation au sol de l&rsquo;appareil, par l&rsquo;association de composants &eacute;lectroniques &agrave; faible consommation d&rsquo;&eacute;nergie et l&rsquo;optimisation des protocoles de communication, la fonction de communication &eacute;tant de loin la plus grande consommatrice d&rsquo;&eacute;nergie. De par les technologies s&eacute;lectionn&eacute;es, la consommation r&eacute;siduelle a &eacute;t&eacute; r&eacute;duite de telle mani&egrave;re que le capteur a pu &ecirc;tre rendu totalement autonome par l&rsquo;adjonction d&rsquo;une unit&eacute; de r&eacute;cup&eacute;ration d&rsquo;&eacute;nergie thermo&eacute;lectrique. Aucune pile ne devra donc &ecirc;tre chang&eacute;e pendant les 35 ans de la dur&eacute;e de vie du capteur. Gr&acirc;ce &agrave; cette autonomie, une multitude de capteurs peut ainsi &ecirc;tre plac&eacute;e au plus pr&egrave;s des structures &agrave; mesurer, comme dans le fuselage, les ailes, la d&eacute;rive ou d&rsquo;autres endroits isol&eacute;s. Le r&eacute;seau de capteurs permet une pr&eacute;cision de datation des mesures inf&eacute;rieure &agrave; la milliseconde, pour une vitesse d&rsquo;acquisition de donn&eacute;es allant de 120 &agrave; 500 Hz. Les informations ainsi collect&eacute;es sont rapport&eacute;es au contr&ocirc;leur de bord par radio et sans interf&eacute;rer avec les dispositifs existants &agrave; bord, le syst&egrave;me ayant pass&eacute; avec succ&egrave;s les tests de qualifications &ndash; extr&ecirc;mement s&eacute;v&egrave;res &ndash; li&eacute;s aux sources d&rsquo;interf&eacute;rence radio&eacute;lectrique. <\/p>\n<p>Un d&eacute;monstrateur a &eacute;t&eacute; livr&eacute; &agrave; Airbus et est actuellement en cours de tests. Les partenaires poursuivent leur collaboration dans le cadre d&rsquo;un nouveau projet Clean Sky nomm&eacute; &quot;FLITE-WISE&quot; dont l&rsquo;objectif est de r&eacute;aliser une nouvelle plateforme de capteurs autonomes &agrave; haut d&eacute;bit et destin&eacute;s &agrave; &ecirc;tre d&eacute;ploy&eacute;s &agrave; l&rsquo;ext&eacute;rieur de l&rsquo;a&eacute;ronef sur des parties fixes ou mobiles.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"www.emm-mechatronics.eu\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.emm-mechatronics.eu\" rel=\"noopener\">www.emm-mechatronics.eu<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le projet Clean Sky StrainWISE s&rsquo;est vu remettre le troph\u00e9e Mechatronics Awards 2013.
