Le fonctionnement de tels moteurs n&eacute;cessite une tension maximum admissible d&rsquo;au moins 60 V pour les prot&eacute;ger contre les tensions inverses. Typiquement, une structure hybride est utilis&eacute;e, combinant commandes moteur et transistors &agrave; effet de champ FET discrets haute-tension en circuit de sortie, ce qui se traduit par des tailles de bo&icirc;tiers cons&eacute;quentes. Par opposition, cette s&eacute;rie de drivers se pr&eacute;sente en petits bo&icirc;tiers, notamment le QFN48 qui permet de r&eacute;duire l&#8217;empreinte sur carte d&rsquo;environ 2\/3 par rapport aux produits &eacute;quivalents en bo&icirc;tier HZIP25. En outre, l&rsquo;int&eacute;gration du circuit de d&eacute;tection de courant propri&eacute;taire ACDS &eacute;vite le recours &agrave; un circuit de d&eacute;tection de courant &agrave; r&eacute;sistance externe, ce qui r&eacute;duit encore le nombre de composants et favorise la miniaturisation de l&rsquo;&eacute;quipement.<br \/>\nLa s&eacute;rie comporte trois dispositifs d&rsquo;une tension maximum admissible de 80 V pour un courant maximum de 3 A. Ils sont produits gr&acirc;ce au processus analogique BiCD 130 nm 80 V.<br \/>\nLes petits bo&icirc;tiers comme les QFN et HTSSOP permettent la miniaturisation, tandis que le bo&icirc;tier HSOP autorise le montage sur support papier ph&eacute;nolique, ce qui r&eacute;duit le co&ucirc;t de d&eacute;veloppement de la carte. Le fonctionnement permanent &agrave; courant &eacute;lev&eacute; est possible gr&acirc;ce &agrave; l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;un bo&icirc;tier &agrave; forte dissipation comme le HZIP.<br \/>\nLe TB67S141 comme le TB67S142 offrent le choix entre les modes d&rsquo;excitation 2 phases, 1-2 phases, ou W1-2 phases. Le TB67S149 apporte en plus les modes d&rsquo;excitation 2W1-2 phases, 4W1-2 phases ou 8W1-2 phases. Pour fiabiliser leur fonctionnement, chaque dispositif incorpore un circuit de coupure thermique, un circuit de coupure en cas de surintensit&eacute;, et un circuit de verrouillage en cas de tension insuffisante.
