La grande r&eacute;sistance du joint coll&eacute; permet une utilisation dans de nombreux cas, notamment pour la fixation sur cartes &eacute;lectroniques, beaucoup plus facilement et beaucoup plus rapidement qu&rsquo;avec des fixations conventionnelles. En outre, la bonne &eacute;lasticit&eacute; du joint permet de diminuer les contraintes m&eacute;caniques g&eacute;n&eacute;r&eacute;es par la dilatation lors des cycles thermiques. Pour les applications n&eacute;cessitant un &eacute;cartement ou une int&eacute;grit&eacute; di&eacute;lectrique stricte, ce produit peut &ecirc;tre fourni charg&eacute; avec des billes de verres de 0.18 mm ou 0.25 mm.<br \/>\nLes propri&eacute;t&eacute;s thixotropiques de cet adh&eacute;sif permettent un bon mouillage lors de l&rsquo;assemblage, avec un minimum de stress sur les composants fragiles, tout en garantissant un bon maintien jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; la polym&eacute;risation.
