De plus, la conception de surface de cette structure a &eacute;t&eacute; optimis&eacute;e pour r&eacute;duire les pertes de conduction et de commutation.<br \/>\nFace &agrave; une prise de conscience environnementale mondiale de plus en plus marqu&eacute;e, Fuji a d&eacute;velopp&eacute; la s&eacute;rie Super J-MOS pour am&eacute;liorer le rendement &eacute;nerg&eacute;tique des appareils &eacute;lectroniques.
