Une solution d&rsquo;alimentation 25 A compl&egrave;te peut ainsi &ecirc;tre impl&eacute;ment&eacute;e sur un espace r&eacute;duit &agrave; 168 mm&sup2;.<br \/>\nCe nouveau composant int&egrave;gre la derni&egrave;re g&eacute;n&eacute;ration de MOSFET de puissance d&rsquo;IR et un contr&ocirc;leur SupIRBuck de troisi&egrave;me g&eacute;n&eacute;ration aux fonctionnalit&eacute;s &eacute;tendues. Ce dernier comprend des temps morts ajust&eacute;s pr&eacute;cis&eacute;ment apr&egrave;s encapsulation pour optimiser les pertes, et un r&eacute;gulateur LDO intelligent pour am&eacute;liorer le rendement pour l&rsquo;ensemble des charges possibles. Il combine &eacute;galement une mesure d&eacute;port&eacute;e enti&egrave;rement diff&eacute;rentielle essentielle pour les applications &agrave; courant &eacute;lev&eacute;, une r&eacute;f&eacute;rence de tension pr&eacute;cise &agrave; 0,5 % entre 25 &deg;C et 105 &deg;C, une boucle de r&eacute;troaction sur l&rsquo;entr&eacute;e et une tr&egrave;s faible gigue pour atteindre une pr&eacute;cision globale de la tension de sortie de 3 % en ligne, charge et temp&eacute;rature, comme requis par les syst&egrave;mes de communication et d&rsquo;informatique haut de gamme.<br \/>\nEn tant que membre de la nouvelle famille de r&eacute;gulateurs de tension SupIRBuck Gen3 5-21 V &agrave; sortie unique, l&rsquo;IR3847 utilise un modulateur propri&eacute;taire qui r&eacute;duit la gigue de 90 % par rapport aux solutions classiques. Cela permet &agrave; la fois de r&eacute;duire les variations de la tension de sortie d&rsquo;environ 30 % et de pouvoir fonctionner &agrave; une fr&eacute;quence\/bande passante sup&eacute;rieure, d&rsquo;o&ugrave; un encombrement r&eacute;duit, une meilleure r&eacute;ponse aux transitoires et un nombre inf&eacute;rieur de condensateurs en sortie.<br \/>\nEncapsul&eacute; dans un bo&icirc;tier compact PQFN de 5&#215;6 mm, l&rsquo;IR3847 offre &eacute;galement des performances &eacute;lectriques et thermiques de pointe aux applications 15-25 A, avec un rendement cr&ecirc;te sup&eacute;rieur &agrave; 96 % et une &eacute;l&eacute;vation de temp&eacute;rature de seulement 50 &deg;C &agrave; 25 A. Parmi les autres fonctions avanc&eacute;es figurent la synchronisation externe, le s&eacute;quen&ccedil;age, le suivi de Vtt et la marge sur la tension de sortie.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;IR3847 dispose &eacute;galement des fonctions SupIRBuck standard telles qu&rsquo;une fr&eacute;quence de d&eacute;coupage allant jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 1,5 MHz, un d&eacute;marrage pr&eacute;d&eacute;fini, une activation en fonction de la pr&eacute;sence d&rsquo;une tension en entr&eacute;e, une protection contre les surtensions, un t&eacute;moin d&rsquo;alimentation correcte, une mesure de tension de sortie optionnelle pour la r&eacute;troaction en ligne ouverte et l&rsquo;OVP ajustable, un d&eacute;marrage en douceur interne ,une tension d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e minimale de 1 V (avec r&eacute;glage externe) et une temp&eacute;rature de jonction allant de -40 &deg;C &agrave; 125 &deg;C en fonctionnement.
