Contrairement aux solutions habituelles architectur&eacute;es autour de diodes Schottky non-lin&eacute;aires et non-stables en temp&eacute;rature, ce circuit dispose d&rsquo;un syst&egrave;me de lin&eacute;arisation propri&eacute;taire simple qui &eacute;limine la distorsion due &agrave; la charge de la source, un avantage d&eacute;cisif dans les applications o&ugrave; un coupleur faible ratio est utilis&eacute; pour extraire un &eacute;chantillon du signal primaire. Ce syst&egrave;me de lin&eacute;arisation assure un haut niveau de pr&eacute;cision et porte les performances en temp&eacute;rature &agrave; &plusmn;0,5 dB entre -40 &deg;C et +85 &deg;C. Pr&eacute;cis entre 500 MHz et 40 GHz, ce d&eacute;tecteur hyperfr&eacute;quences pr&eacute;sente une imp&eacute;dance d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e de 50 ohms et une plage d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e comprise entre -30 et 15 dBm. Il est propos&eacute; en bo&icirc;tier ultra-compact LFCSP 6 contacts de seulement 2 x 2 mm.<br \/>\nCon&ccedil;u pour les r&eacute;cepteurs &agrave; pr&eacute;-distorsion num&eacute;rique (DPD) hautes performances, l&rsquo;ADRF6620 propose une solution compl&egrave;te dans un bo&icirc;tier compact LFCSP 48 contacts de 7 x 7 mm. Il int&egrave;gre un synth&eacute;tiseur large bande de 700 MHz &agrave; 2,7 GHz, un m&eacute;langeur actif, un amplificateur &agrave; gain variable (VGA) num&eacute;rique &agrave; large plage dynamique, un att&eacute;nuateur &agrave; commande num&eacute;rique RF, un commutateur d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e RF 4:1, un balun RF et un oscillateur faible chute (LDO). Il permet de r&eacute;duire consid&eacute;rablement le nombre de composants utilis&eacute;s tout en maintenant un faible niveau de bruit et une lin&eacute;arit&eacute; &eacute;lev&eacute;e. Gr&acirc;ce &agrave; son commutateur d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e RF 4:01, ce circuit est bien adapt&eacute; aux r&eacute;cepteurs DPD utilis&eacute;s dans les applications d&rsquo;infrastructure MIMO. Avec un point d&rsquo;interception du 3e ordre (OIP3) pouvant atteindre 44 dBm entre l&rsquo;entr&eacute;e RF et la sortie DGA, il convient particuli&egrave;rement aux applications UMTS, LTE-A et DPD MC-GSM de haute performance.<br \/>\nDestin&eacute; aux r&eacute;cepteurs hyperfr&eacute;quences point &agrave; point large bande de derni&egrave;re g&eacute;n&eacute;ration, l&rsquo;amplificateur &agrave; gain variable (VGA) &agrave; deux voies en bande de base offre un faible niveau de bruit et une large plage dynamique. Il comprend deux filtres passe-bas programmables &agrave; 63 MHz et deux d&eacute;tecteurs de puissance. Ce dispositif permet de r&eacute;duire la nomenclature de mani&egrave;re consid&eacute;rable en rempla&ccedil;ant les amplificateurs et les filtres discrets par un composant &agrave; gain et bande passante programmables &agrave; haut niveau d&rsquo;int&eacute;gration encapsul&eacute; dans un bo&icirc;tier LFCSP 32 contacts de 5 x 5 mm. Il se caract&eacute;rise par une excellente parit&eacute; entre voies et un contr&ocirc;le de gain flexible. Il peut &ecirc;tre utilis&eacute; dans les r&eacute;cepteurs dont la bande passante atteint 112 MHz ainsi que dans les derniers r&eacute;cepteurs en bande E dont la bande passante peut atteindre 1 GHz.
