Cette extension de notre portefeuille de produits DTC nous permet de supporter un plus grand nombre d&rsquo;architectures pour les applications de r&eacute;glage et d&rsquo;adaptation d&rsquo;imp&eacute;dance, d&rsquo;accord des filtres et des d&eacute;phaseurs dans divers march&eacute;s.&rdquo;<br \/>\nCes condensateurs DTC supportent une plage de fr&eacute;quence de 100 &agrave; 3.000 MHz avec un niveau &eacute;lev&eacute; de pr&eacute;cision du r&eacute;glage, d&rsquo;incr&eacute;mentation lin&eacute;aire et de stabilit&eacute; en temp&eacute;rature. La technologie propri&eacute;taire HaRP am&eacute;lior&eacute;e permet une lin&eacute;arit&eacute; IIP3 &eacute;lev&eacute;e de +65 dBm &agrave; 50 ohms, avec une performance harmonique exceptionnelle de 2fo\/3fo (-40\/-40 dBm) &agrave; 34 dBm RF (900 MHz), et de 32 dBm RF (1900 MHz).<br \/>\nCes circuits se caract&eacute;risent par un fonctionnement sur batterie avec une performance constante due &agrave; la r&eacute;gulation de tension int&eacute;gr&eacute;e. Une faible alimentation et une intensit&eacute; de veille de respectivement 140 et 24 microamp&egrave;res (VDD 2,75 V) prolongent la dur&eacute;e d&rsquo;autonomie de la batterie des appareils portables. Ces DTC sont command&eacute;s par une interface &agrave; 3 fils, compatible SPI, ce qui facilite leurs int&eacute;grations dans les conceptions.<br \/>\nLes versions PE64906\/7\/8 sont des condensateurs &agrave; 5 octets, 32 pas alors que le PE64909 est &agrave; 4 octets, 16 pas.
