Il dispose &eacute;galement d&rsquo;une m&eacute;moire auto-programmable en lecture et en &eacute;criture, de 128 k de RAM, un CAN 10 bits, un CNA 9 bits, des modules de capture\/comparaison\/PWM, des comparateurs tr&egrave;s performants et deux E\/S de 50 mA (max), qui permettent aux d&eacute;veloppeurs d&rsquo;augmenter les capacit&eacute;s g&eacute;n&eacute;rales du syst&egrave;me tout en r&eacute;duisant les co&ucirc;ts.<br \/>\nUne version haute tension (HV) int&egrave;gre, en plus, un r&eacute;gulateur de shunt qui autorise une tension de fonctionnement comprise entre 2 V et un niveau maximum illimit&eacute; d&eacute;fini par l&rsquo;utilisateur, avec un courant de fonctionnement inf&eacute;rieur &agrave; 2 mA. Elle est particuli&egrave;rement adapt&eacute;e aux applications &agrave; faible co&ucirc;t dot&eacute;es de rails d&rsquo;alimentation &agrave; haute tension. En outre, le CAN 10 bits &agrave; 8 canaux peut &ecirc;tre utilis&eacute; pour mettre en &oelig;uvre diff&eacute;rents capteurs et applications tactiles mTouch, dont le tactile capacitif.<br \/>\nCe microcontr&ocirc;leur permet une conversion d&rsquo;&eacute;nergie efficace pour des applications du type &eacute;clairage par LED et de contr&ocirc;le de l&rsquo;alimentation. Il constitue &eacute;galement une plateforme polyvalente permettant de doter de nombreuses applications automobiles, grand public, commerciales ou industrielles d&rsquo;une intelligence accrue, en cr&eacute;ant une infrastructure syst&egrave;me intelligente avec une meilleure efficacit&eacute;, des co&ucirc;ts r&eacute;duits et une exp&eacute;rience utilisateur am&eacute;lior&eacute;e.<br \/>\nCe composant est encapsul&eacute; en bo&icirc;tiers QFN 16 broches de 4 x 4 mm, ainsi qu&rsquo;en bo&icirc;tiers PDIP, SOIC et TSSOP &agrave; 14 broches. La version haute tension (HV) existe dans les m&ecirc;mes options de bo&icirc;tiers.
