Ces valeurs sont &eacute;gales ou sup&eacute;rieures &agrave; celles exig&eacute;es par les constructeurs automobiles dans les &quot;Sp&eacute;cifications mat&eacute;rielles pour les OEM en mati&egrave;re d&rsquo;interfaces LIN, CAN et FlexRay sur les applications automobiles&quot;. Le r&eacute;gulateur de tension int&eacute;gr&eacute; &agrave; certains des composants a &eacute;galement &eacute;t&eacute; sp&eacute;cialement optimis&eacute; pour l&rsquo;environnement automobile. Il peut notamment r&eacute;sister &agrave; une inversion de polarit&eacute; de la batterie, &agrave; des transitoires r&eacute;sultantes d&rsquo;un Load-dump de +43 V et au raccordement de batteries en s&eacute;rie lors d&rsquo;un d&eacute;marrage. Gr&acirc;ce &agrave; cette robustesse, les communications restent fiables m&ecirc;me en environnement difficile, et gr&acirc;ce &agrave; ce haut degr&eacute; d&rsquo;int&eacute;gration, les co&ucirc;ts et la complexit&eacute; sont r&eacute;duits, ainsi que l&rsquo;encombrement.<br \/>\nLe SiP int&egrave;gre un microcontr&ocirc;leur PIC Flash 8 bits, un r&eacute;gulateur de tension et un transceiver LIN, en plus de p&eacute;riph&eacute;riques comme un convertisseur A\/N 10 bits, des comparateurs et des temporisateurs, le tout dans un bo&icirc;tier SSOP &agrave; 20 broches. Il vient compl&eacute;ter le vaste choix de microcontr&ocirc;leurs PIC 8 et 16 bits tr&egrave;s faible consommation s&eacute;rie XLP, dot&eacute;s de p&eacute;riph&eacute;riques USART int&eacute;gr&eacute;s, qui simplifie la connexion avec les transceivers et SBC g&eacute;rant la couche physique LIN. Qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse d&rsquo;un SiP ou d&rsquo;une solution autonome, gr&acirc;ce &agrave; une consommation en mode veille de seulement 9 nA, les microcontr&ocirc;leurs XLP sont bien adapt&eacute;s aux applications aliment&eacute;es directement par la batterie, celle-ci &eacute;tant moins sollicit&eacute;e.<br \/>\nLe transceiver LIN ainsi que les SBC MCP2025 et MCP2021A qui int&egrave;grent un transceiver LIN dot&eacute; d&rsquo;un r&eacute;gulateur de tension, sont propos&eacute;s en bo&icirc;tiers SOIC et DFN &agrave; 8 broches, tandis que le SBC MCP2022A offre une int&eacute;gration identique dans des bo&icirc;tiers SOIC et TSSOP &agrave; 14 broches. Enfin, le SBC MCP2050, int&eacute;grant en plus un temporisateur de Watchdog, se pr&eacute;sente en bo&icirc;tiers SOIC &agrave; 14 broches et QFN &agrave; 20 broches.
