Des versions LQFP et QFN sont propos&eacute;es avec des dimensions d&egrave;s 5 x 5 mm. Des caract&eacute;ristiques telles qu&rsquo;un oscillateur RC sur puce et des r&eacute;sistances internes de polarisation &agrave; l&rsquo;alimentation r&eacute;duisent le nombre de composants externes, ainsi que l&#8217;empreinte de la carte de circuits imprim&eacute;s pour une utilisation dans des applications industrielles o&ugrave; la faible dimension des puces est cruciale.<br \/>\nLa s&eacute;rie est disponible &agrave; des vitesses d&rsquo;utilisation jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 72 MHz qui constitue le plafond pour le groupe de base de la famille FM3. Les fonctions p&eacute;riph&eacute;riques optimis&eacute;es font de cette s&eacute;rie un choix optimal pour des applications n&eacute;cessitant un contr&ocirc;le du convertisseur &agrave; faible nombre de broches telles que les convertisseurs &agrave; usage g&eacute;n&eacute;ral et les moteurs pour les &eacute;quipements industriels bas de gamme, de m&ecirc;me que les appareils m&eacute;nagers comme r&eacute;frig&eacute;rateurs, machines &agrave; laver et appareils de cuisson &agrave; induction. Elle convient &eacute;galement pour les appareils n&eacute;cessitant une architecture syst&egrave;me moteur &agrave; microcontr&ocirc;leur. Le noyau fonctionnel du convertisseur est le &quot;temporisateur &agrave; fonctions multiples&quot; qui comprend des configurations de d&eacute;clenchement ADC souples et sophistiqu&eacute;es, une modulation de la dur&eacute;e d&rsquo;impulsion PWM et un g&eacute;n&eacute;rateur d&rsquo;oscillogramme avec insertion de temps mort. L&rsquo;ADC pr&eacute;sente une r&eacute;solution 12 bits et convertit un million d&rsquo;&eacute;chantillons par seconde.<br \/>\nComme tous les microcontr&ocirc;leurs du groupe de base FM3, cette s&eacute;rie pr&eacute;sente une large plage de tension d&rsquo;alimentation allant de 2,7 V &agrave; 5,5 V. La capacit&eacute; &agrave; d&eacute;ployer ces MCU dans des environnements 5 V est un avantage pour les d&eacute;veloppeurs devant r&eacute;aliser des mod&egrave;les de conception solide.
