L&rsquo;association de ce bo&icirc;tier et de la technologie &agrave; super-jonction MDmesh, qui affiche l&rsquo;un des plus hauts niveaux de conduction par unit&eacute; de surface de silicium, garantit les plus grandes &eacute;conomies d&rsquo;&eacute;nergie globales.<br \/>\nPremier de la gamme mont&eacute; en bo&icirc;tier TO247-4, ce MOSFET type N, 650 V, 0.056 ohms de Rds(on) typique et 42 A permet d&rsquo;augmenter le rendement &eacute;nerg&eacute;tique dans les circuits &agrave; correction active du facteur de puissance (PFC) et pont complet ou dans les convertisseurs de puissance en demi-pont utilis&eacute;s dans une large gamme de produits &eacute;lectroniques grand public et industriels. De plus, il pr&eacute;sente un haut niveau d&rsquo;immunit&eacute; au bruit, abaissant la susceptibilit&eacute; aux interf&eacute;rences &eacute;lectromagn&eacute;tiques (EMI).
