Il int&egrave;gre une d&eacute;tection de courant c&ocirc;t&eacute; haut permettant des architectures en mode &eacute;l&eacute;vateur, mode abaisseur, mode abaisseur-&eacute;l&eacute;vateur ou SEPIC. Il peut r&eacute;aliser des rendements sup&eacute;rieurs &agrave; 95% avec une architecture en mode &eacute;l&eacute;vateur, supprimant la n&eacute;cessit&eacute; d&rsquo;un radiateur ext&eacute;rieur. Une broche de r&eacute;glage de la fr&eacute;quence fixe permet &agrave; l&rsquo;utilisateur de programmer la fr&eacute;quence entre 100 kHz et 1 MHz, optimisant le rendement tout en r&eacute;duisant la taille et le co&ucirc;t des composants externes. Encapsul&eacute; dans un bo&icirc;tier QFN de 5 x 6 mm, ce composant offre une solution tr&egrave;s compacte de contr&ocirc;le de DEL de forte puissance.<br \/>\nCe circuit poss&egrave;de un g&eacute;n&eacute;rateur PWM interne qui permet des rapports de variation de luminosit&eacute; aussi &eacute;lev&eacute;s que 1 : 25. Il peut aussi utiliser un signal PWM externe, r&eacute;alisant des rapports de variation de luminosit&eacute; des LED de 1 &agrave; 3000. Pour des demandes de r&eacute;glages de luminosit&eacute; moins gourmandes, la broche CTRL permet d&rsquo;obtenir une gamme de r&eacute;glages analogiques de luminosit&eacute; de 1 &agrave; 10. Son architecture &agrave; fr&eacute;quence fixe, &agrave; mode courant, assure un fonctionnement stable sur une large gamme de tensions d&rsquo;alimentation et de tensions de sortie. Une protection en sortie contre les courts-circuits et les LED ouvertes augmente la fiabilit&eacute; du syst&egrave;me. La broche FB, r&eacute;f&eacute;renc&eacute;e &agrave; la masse, est pr&eacute;vue pour la protection des LED et pour la d&eacute;tection de LED ouvertes, ce qui permet au convertisseur de fonctionner en source &agrave; tension constante pour les applications de chargeur. <br \/>\nLe LT3954EUHE est disponible en un bo&icirc;tier QFN 36 broches, de 5 x 6 mm.
