Pour lin&eacute;ariser une bande de 60 MHz, la boucle de r&eacute;gulation de pr&eacute;distorsion pour l&rsquo;algorithme de lin&eacute;arisation doit acqu&eacute;rir des produits d&rsquo;intermodulation du 5e ordre jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 300 MHz. La num&eacute;risation de la distorsion d&rsquo;intermodulation du 5e ordre n&eacute;cessite une tr&egrave;s large bande passante, un r&eacute;cepteur &agrave; faible niveau de bruit, avec une r&eacute;ponse exceptionnellement plate &agrave; 1,3 dB typique dans la bande passante. Ce circuit comprend un filtre passe-bas de 300 MHz qui pr&eacute;sente une ondulation dans la bande passante inf&eacute;rieure &agrave; 1,3 dB. Comme la DPD est une boucle de retour, le r&eacute;cepteur, appel&eacute; &eacute;galement r&eacute;cepteur &agrave; estimation de canal de transmission de donn&eacute;es, b&eacute;n&eacute;ficie de la faible attente. Une boucle plus rapide conduit &agrave; un meilleur fonctionnement de l&rsquo;amplificateur de puissance et ainsi &agrave; une consommation plus faible. Le convertisseur A\/N pr&eacute;sente une latence de cinq cycles d&rsquo;horloge. Il fournit deux sorties DDR LVDS parall&egrave;les.<br \/>\nEncapsul&eacute; dans un bo&icirc;tier BGA de 15 x 15 mm, ce composant &eacute;conomise de la surface de carte en utilisant un substrat multicouche. Ce dernier prot&egrave;ge les lignes analogiques sensibles des pistes num&eacute;riques afin de r&eacute;duire le bouclage num&eacute;rique.
