Leur architecture &agrave; mode courant et fr&eacute;quence fixe permet de minimiser le bruit de commutation tout en r&eacute;alisant une r&eacute;ponse rapide aux transitoires de ligne et de charge. Les deux versions fonctionnent &agrave; partir d&rsquo;une tension d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e comprise entre 2,7 V et 17 V, ce qui autorise des applications aliment&eacute;es sous un ou deux &eacute;l&eacute;ments Li-ion ainsi que pour les syst&egrave;mes 12 V de bus interm&eacute;diaire et de l&rsquo;automobile. La combinaison d&rsquo;un petit bo&icirc;tier DFN-6 ou MSOP-8, de la fr&eacute;quence de commutation &eacute;lev&eacute;e et de petits condensateurs et inductances additionnelles de faible co&ucirc;t, conduit &agrave; une r&eacute;alisation d&rsquo;empreinte tr&egrave;s compacte.<br \/>\nLa dur&eacute;e minimale de conduction de 60 ns de ces r&eacute;gulateurs permet une conversion en mode abaisseur de 16 V en 2,5 V, avec une fr&eacute;quence de commutation de 2,25 MHz sans saut d&rsquo;impulsion, ce qui convient pour les applications de l&rsquo;automobile pour lesquelles le niveau de bruit de commutation doit rester au-dessus de la bande radio de modulation d&rsquo;amplitude AM. Le courant de repos de 3,5 &micro;A est bien adapt&eacute; aux applications toujours en fonctionnement requ&eacute;rant une dur&eacute;e d&rsquo;activit&eacute; sur batterie maximale. Pour les applications qui n&eacute;cessitent le niveau de bruit le plus bas possible, on peut configurer ces circuits pour les faire fonctionner en mode par saut d&rsquo;impulsion ou en mode continu forc&eacute;, ce qui r&eacute;duit le niveau de bruit et celui des interf&eacute;rences RF potentielles. Leurs caract&eacute;ristiques additionnelles incluent un gestionnaire de tension &eacute;tablie, une compensation interne et une protection thermique.<br \/>\nCes composants sont propos&eacute;s en bo&icirc;tiers DFN-6 de 2 x 3 mm, ou MSOP 8 broches, &agrave; performances thermiques renforc&eacute;es.
