Chaque CI int&egrave;gre un &eacute;l&eacute;ment capteur Hall &agrave; m&eacute;canisme &eacute;volu&eacute; de compensation d&rsquo;offset, un r&eacute;gulateur de tension et un driver de sortie &agrave; collecteur ouvert, le tout dans un bo&icirc;tier standard SIP ou TSOT23 &agrave; 3 broches. Cette fonctionnalit&eacute; de programmation tr&egrave;s souple fait appel &agrave; la technologie constructeur &eacute;prouv&eacute;e de programmation par le connecteur (PTC) pour permettre l&rsquo;&eacute;talonnage en sortie de ligne de production des modules capteurs termin&eacute;s. Cette m&eacute;thode permet la compensation des tol&eacute;rances m&eacute;caniques d&rsquo;assemblage, des variations de mat&eacute;riau, et des variations d&rsquo;aimant d&rsquo;un composant &agrave; l&rsquo;autre. L&rsquo;architecture programmable permet de param&eacute;trer des seuils de commutation tr&egrave;s pr&eacute;cis et des valeurs de compensation thermique en usine. Ces caract&eacute;ristiques simplifient la fabrication de modules capteur de pr&eacute;cision, stables thermiquement, en utilisant des mat&eacute;riaux magn&eacute;tiques &agrave; faible co&ucirc;t, tout en &eacute;vitant des tests de temp&eacute;rature complexes et on&eacute;reux.<br \/>\nCouvrant le large &eacute;ventail de tensions op&eacute;rationnelles de 2.7 V &agrave; 24 V et supportant une plage &eacute;tendue de temp&eacute;rature d&rsquo;utilisation allant de -40 &deg;C &agrave; +150 &deg;C, ces composants qualifi&eacute;s AEC-Q100 sont parfaitement adapt&eacute;s aux applications automobiles ou industrielles les plus exigeantes. La limitation de courant de sortie, le verrouillage en cas de tension insuffisante et la protection thermique assurent la fiabilit&eacute; tout en r&eacute;duisant la nomenclature n&eacute;cessaire. Les applications cible de ce composant sont, notamment, les syst&egrave;mes de positionnement de si&egrave;ge, les capteurs de position d&#8217;embrayage et les capteurs de feux stop.<br \/>\nLa capacit&eacute; basse tension de ce circuit le diff&eacute;rencie des autres commutateurs &agrave; effet Hall du march&eacute; en lui permettant de s&rsquo;interfacer directement aux microcontr&ocirc;leurs et autres CI num&eacute;riques aliment&eacute;s sous moins de 3 V. Cela maximise sa polyvalence et lui permet d&rsquo;&ecirc;tre int&eacute;gr&eacute; dans certains designs dans lesquels d&rsquo;autres solutions ne pourraient &ecirc;tre utilis&eacute;es.
