Encapsulé en boîtier SO8, ce circuit comprend des protections contre les pics de courant et de température ainsi qu’une fonction de diagnostic qui indique les courts-circuits au niveau de la charge. Il fonctionne de 3 à 36 V en entrée pour une sortie de 5.7 V. Combiné avec deux MOSFET de puissance AUIRLS3034-7P, il permet d’atteindre une résistance à l’état passant Rds(on) aussi faible que 0,75 mOhm.
\nCe composant est conforme aux standards AEC-Q100, utilise des matériaux sans plomb, respectueux de l’environnement et conformes RoHS et fait partie de l’initiative qualité automobile propriétaire visant le zéro défaut.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
