En redistribuant la charge dans la batterie, il compense la capacit&eacute; perdue due aux &eacute;l&eacute;ments les plus faibles, permettant une charge plus rapide et augmentant l&rsquo;autonomie et la dur&eacute;e de vie de la batterie d&rsquo;accumulateurs. <\/h2>\n<p>Composant cl&eacute; dans un syst&egrave;me de gestion de batterie (BMS) aux performances &eacute;lev&eacute;es, pour les batteries d&rsquo;accumulateurs mont&eacute;s en s&eacute;rie, Li-ion ou LiFePO4, il fonctionne comme un contr&ocirc;leur prot&eacute;g&eacute; des erreurs, pour obtenir un &eacute;quilibrage actif bidirectionnel &agrave; transformateur. Il utilise une architecture &agrave; r&eacute;cup&eacute;ration d&rsquo;&eacute;nergie (flyback), synchrone, bidirectionnelle, non isol&eacute;e, pour &eacute;quilibrer jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; six &eacute;l&eacute;ments connect&eacute;s en s&eacute;rie. La charge peut &ecirc;tre r&eacute;partie entre un &eacute;l&eacute;ment s&eacute;lectionn&eacute; et 12 &eacute;l&eacute;ments adjacents ou plus. Tous les &eacute;quilibreurs peuvent fonctionner s&eacute;par&eacute;ment ou simultan&eacute;ment, avec des intensit&eacute;s de charge \/ d&eacute;charge pouvant atteindre 10 A.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;&eacute;quilibrage simultan&eacute; avec fonctionnement bidirectionnel permet de minimiser le temps requis pour &eacute;galiser le SoC de la batterie, et le fort rendement de transfert des composants, pouvant atteindre 92%, permet un &eacute;quilibrage &agrave; forte intensit&eacute; avec une dissipation minimale. Le contr&ocirc;le de chacun des &eacute;quilibreurs est assur&eacute; par une unique interface de changement de niveau de tension, compatible SPI, qui permet la connexion en s&eacute;rie de plusieurs circuits sans photocoupleurs, ni isolement. L&rsquo;architecture de mise en s&eacute;rie du composant et les connexions interfoli&eacute;es des transformateurs permettent un &eacute;quilibrage efficace de chaque &eacute;l&eacute;ment dans une longue s&eacute;rie arbitraire de batteries connect&eacute;es en s&eacute;rie pouvant d&eacute;passer 1000 V.<br \/>\nTous les circuits associ&eacute;s tels que contr&ocirc;le de grille, mesure pr&eacute;cise d&rsquo;intensit&eacute;, circuits de protection contre les dysfonctionnements, interface de donn&eacute;es s&eacute;rie robuste, avec minuterie de chien de garde et contr&ocirc;le des redondances cycliques (CRC) sont int&eacute;gr&eacute;s.<br \/>\nCe circuit &eacute;quilibreur est pr&eacute;sent&eacute; en bo&icirc;tiers CMS &agrave; performances thermiques renforc&eacute;es, un QFN 48 broches de 7 x 7 mm &agrave; faible profil de 0,75 mm et un LQFP 48 broches de 7 x 7 mm.
