Cette pr&eacute;cision m&eacute;canique &eacute;limine les principaux obstacles habituellement rencontr&eacute;s dans les applications de d&eacute;tection de forte r&eacute;solution. Les deux capteurs Hall bipolaires sont espac&eacute;s de 1.63 mm. Ils fournissent d&rsquo;excellents signaux de vitesse et de direction lors d&rsquo;utilisation de cibles de faible g&eacute;om&eacute;trie. Un amplificateur &agrave; d&eacute;rives extr&ecirc;mement faibles garantit une sym&eacute;trie entre les deux capteurs pour maintenir une quadrature. La technique brevet&eacute;e de chopper stabilisation haute fr&eacute;quence &eacute;limine les offsets dans chaque voie et fournit un fonctionnement stable sur la plage compl&egrave;te de temp&eacute;ratures et de tensions sp&eacute;cifi&eacute;es. Ces circuits chopper permettent aussi d&rsquo;augmenter le ratio signal sur bruit &agrave; l&rsquo;entr&eacute;e des comparateurs num&eacute;riques. Il en r&eacute;sulte d&rsquo;excellentes performances de jitter, caract&eacute;ristique critique pour les applications de commutation de moteur. Un r&eacute;gulateur LDO int&eacute;gr&eacute; &agrave; la puce permet au capteur d&rsquo;&ecirc;tre utilis&eacute; sur une large plage de tension de fonctionnement. Une programmation post assemblage &agrave; l&rsquo;usine fournit les seuils magn&eacute;tiques de basculement sym&eacute;triques entre les deux capteurs.<br \/>\nPropos&eacute;s en bo&icirc;tier plastique CMS SOIC 8 broches (L) ou traversant 4 broches (K), ces composants fonctionnent dans la gamme de temp&eacute;rature de -40 &deg;C &agrave; +150 &deg;C.
