Le produit gain x bande-passante est de 10 MHz. Il est optimis&eacute; &agrave; la fois pour des mises en &oelig;uvre &agrave; imp&eacute;dance &eacute;lev&eacute;e et celles sensibles aux courants de fuite. En plus du bo&icirc;tier standard SO-8 &agrave; semelle radiateur, ce composant est disponible en un bo&icirc;tier TSSOP &agrave; broches de protection de couplage. Ceci permet l&rsquo;implantation d&rsquo;une boucle de protection autour de l&rsquo;entr&eacute;e.<br \/>\nLes caract&eacute;ristiques thermiques sont un souci pour tout syst&egrave;me &agrave; espace contraint, de forte tension. Ce dispositif a &eacute;t&eacute; con&ccedil;u pour satisfaire ces exigences. Le courant d&rsquo;alimentation est de seulement 3,9 mA maximum et l&rsquo;intensit&eacute; du courant de sortie est de &plusmn;10 mA typique. Une broche &quot;indicateur thermique&quot; (TFLAG) signale quand la temp&eacute;rature de jonction du composant d&eacute;passe 145 &deg;C. Cette broche peut &ecirc;tre connect&eacute;e &agrave; une broche &quot;d&eacute;sactivation de la sortie&quot; pour une gestion thermique active. Les deux versions, en bo&icirc;tiers TSSOP-16 et SOIC-8, poss&egrave;dent une semelle radiateur pour minimiser la r&eacute;sistance thermique.
