Des taux de transfert de donn&eacute;es de 1 Mbit\/s sont garantis gr&acirc;ce &agrave; un d&eacute;lai de propagation maximal et une valeur de distorsion de largeur d&rsquo;impulsion de respectivement 550 ns et 400 ns. Ce dispositif est construit autour d&rsquo;une diode &eacute;lectroluminescente GaAlAs infrarouge &agrave; longue dur&eacute;e de vie, coupl&eacute;e optiquement &agrave; un circuit int&eacute;gr&eacute; photod&eacute;tecteur &agrave; fort gain et vitesse &eacute;lev&eacute;e. Le photocoupleur pr&eacute;sente une sortie collecteur ouvert avec une porte logique inverseuse.
