De plus, il peut assurer une r&eacute;ponse rapide aux transitoires, m&ecirc;me avec un rapport cyclique inf&eacute;rieur &agrave; 10%. Son architecture interne &agrave; redressement synchrone autorise des rendements aussi &eacute;lev&eacute;s que 95%, et requiert un courant de repos de seulement 140&micro;A, ce qui maximise l&rsquo;autonomie sur batterie. Sa fr&eacute;quence de commutation peut &ecirc;tre programm&eacute;e de 200kHz &agrave; 3MHz ou synchronis&eacute;e &agrave; une horloge externe. La combinaison d&rsquo;un rendement &eacute;lev&eacute; et d&rsquo;un courant de repos de seulement 140&micro;A permet un bon fonctionnement sur une large gamme de la charge. Pour les applications sensibles au bruit, le LTC3646 peut &ecirc;tre utilis&eacute; en mode continu forc&eacute; pour minimiser l&rsquo;ondulation de la tension. Le LTC3646 standard pr&eacute;sente une gamme de tensions de sortie de 2,0V &agrave; 30V, tandis que celle du LTC3646-1 s&rsquo;&eacute;tend de 0,6V &agrave; 15V. Les deux versions poss&egrave;dent des caract&eacute;ristiques suppl&eacute;mentaires incluant un d&eacute;marrage progressif, une compensation interne et une protection robuste contre les courts-circuits.<\/p>\n<p>Les versions existent en deux bo&icirc;tiers, les LTC3646EDE\/-1 et LTC3646EMSE\/-1. Les LTC3646IDE\/-1 et LTC3646IMSE\/-1, versions &agrave; gamme de temp&eacute;ratures &eacute;largie (classe I), sont disponibles. Les options de haute temp&eacute;rature (classe H), les LTC3646HDE\/-1 et LTC3646HMSE\/-1 sont aussi disponibles.
