Le commutateur PE42422 est disponible dans un bo&icirc;tier QFN minuscule de 2 x 2 mm, ce qui est id&eacute;al pour les applications de commutations RF d&rsquo;usage g&eacute;n&eacute;ral telles que la commutation de s&eacute;rie de filtres dans les &eacute;quipements de test et les stations de base.<br \/>\nLe commutateur r&eacute;flectif, 50 Ohm, PE42422 se caract&eacute;rise par sa logique de contr&ocirc;le CMOS basse tension int&eacute;gr&eacute;e et sa large plage de tension de 2,3 &ndash; 5,5V, ce qui lui permet une grande diversification.
