Ils fonctionnent sur la vaste plage de tension de 4,5 &agrave; 30 VCC &agrave; une fr&eacute;quence de commutation de 300 kHz. Ils disposent &eacute;galement d&rsquo;un r&eacute;glage du temps mort ajustable en usine qui permet aux concepteurs d&rsquo;optimiser la performance gr&acirc;ce au large choix de transistors MOSFET utilisables. Associ&eacute;s aux MOSFET MCP87xxx, ils produisent des solutions de conversion de puissance continu\/continu de haut rendement pouvant d&eacute;passer 96%. Cette famille de MOSFET rapides dispose d&rsquo;un FOM tr&egrave;s faible et tient dans des bo&icirc;tiers PDFN au standard de l&rsquo;industrie. Les mod&egrave;les MCP87022, MCP87050, et MCP87055 offrent une r&eacute;sistance &eacute;lectrique &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;tat passant de respectivement 2,2 mohms, 5,0 mohms, et 5,5 mohms, et facilitent la conception de syst&egrave;mes de conversion de puissance de haut rendement. Ils compl&egrave;tent aussi le portefeuille propri&eacute;taire existant de microcontr&ocirc;leurs PIC SMPS d&eacute;di&eacute;s aux alimentations &agrave; d&eacute;coupage et de contr&ocirc;leurs num&eacute;riques de signaux dsPIC33 &ldquo;GS&rdquo;.&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:normal\">Les contr&ocirc;leurs PWM sont propos&eacute;s en bo&icirc;tier DFN 10 broches de 3 x 3 mm alors que les MOSFET sont encapsul&eacute;s en bo&icirc;tiers PDFN &nbsp;8 broches de 5 x 6 mm pour les MCP87022 et MCP87050 et de 3.3 x 3.3 mm pour le MCP87055.
