Il pr&eacute;sente des interfaces s&eacute;rielles I&sup2;C &agrave; une fr&eacute;quence de fonctionnement maximum de 400 kHz pour les tensions de 2,7 V &agrave; 4,5 V ou un maximum de 1 MHz de 4,5 V &agrave; 5,5 V. Tous les produits de cette s&eacute;rie sont disponibles en bo&icirc;tiers SOP plastique de 8 broches compatibles EEPROM. Tr&egrave;s fiables, ces m&eacute;moires assurent une r&eacute;tention des donn&eacute;es de 10 ans &agrave; 85 &deg;C et un taux d&rsquo;endurance de mille milliards de cycles de lecture\/&eacute;criture, garantissant un fonctionnement sur la plage de temp&eacute;rature industrielle de -40 &deg;C &agrave; +85 &deg;C.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"
