Ce blindage utilise un tuyau en polyoléfine thermo-rétractable recouvert par métallisation de cuivre argenté pour fournir une protection à 360°. L’efficacité de blindage est de 50 à 60 dB au-dessus de 500 MHz. Cette solution économique est bien adaptée à toute application qui exige des niveaux de blindage élevés tout en apportant une économie de poids de 40 à 65% par rapport aux solutions à métal tressé.
\nCe produit autorise l’assemblage professionnel fiable en ligne de systèmes de blindage pour de complexes faisceaux de câbles. La facilité d’utilisation est encore renforcée par la disponibilité de différentes gaines de connecteurs et autres pièces de transition en plus du simple tuyau. Il offre également une protection contre la poussière, l’humidité et d’autres contaminants. De plus, le matériau reste flexible après rétractation pour permettre le routage aisé des câblages. Il se rétracte à l’aide d’un équipement de chauffage conventionnel. Des reprises et réparations sont aussi aisément réalisées en cas de besoin. Le tube est fourni en standard dans une longueur de 4 pieds prédécoupés avec des sections de liaison capables de réaliser des couplages de plus grande longueur. La vaste gamme de gaines de connecteurs permet de choisir la pièce optimale pour des liaisons et des interfaces spécifiques.<\/p>\n
