Leur d&eacute;bit dual SPI (SDI) de 40&nbsp;Mbit\/s et leur faible consommation tant en mode veille qu&rsquo;en mode actif, font que ces composants NVSRAM s&eacute;rie sont tr&egrave;s rapides, avec un faible nombre de broches, pour une consommation &eacute;lectrique comparable &agrave; celle des FRAM mais &agrave; un co&ucirc;t significativement inf&eacute;rieur. Ils sont particuli&egrave;rement adapt&eacute;s aux applications du type compteurs d&rsquo;&eacute;nergie, bo&icirc;tes noires et autres enregistreurs de donn&eacute;es qui requi&egrave;rent une endurance illimit&eacute;e ou des cycles d&rsquo;&eacute;criture instantan&eacute;s en plus d&rsquo;un stockage des donn&eacute;es sur m&eacute;moire non volatile.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:normal\">Avec les SRAM de 1&nbsp;Mbit, les d&eacute;veloppeurs d&rsquo;applications embarqu&eacute;es peuvent&nbsp; utiliser plus de RAM car cela se r&eacute;v&egrave;le plus &eacute;conomique que de migrer vers un microcontr&ocirc;leur ou processeur plus gros. La consommation, le nombre de broches et le prix de revient sont &eacute;galement moins &eacute;lev&eacute;s qu&rsquo;avec des SRAM parall&egrave;les. En outre, ces SRAM &eacute;tant SPI, la compatibilit&eacute; avec les interfaces s&eacute;rie, de plus en plus utilis&eacute;es, est assur&eacute;e.
