Il est particuli&egrave;rement adapt&eacute; pour les syst&egrave;mes automobiles de type HVAC. Une simple interface logique est disponible pour le contr&ocirc;le de la vitesse et de la direction d&rsquo;un moteur DC avec un signal PWM externe. Un circuit interne de contr&ocirc;le de la rectification synchrone est impl&eacute;ment&eacute; pour r&eacute;duire la dissipation de puissance pendant un fonctionnement en PWM. Ce composant int&egrave;gre des protections contre les sur-courants, les courts-circuits &agrave; la masse, &agrave; l&rsquo;alimentation et moteur en court-circuit.
