Les LT4275A (LTPoE++), LT4275B (PoE+) et LT4275C (PoE) fournissent la puissance aux charges des&nbsp; PD&nbsp;en utilisant seulement qu&rsquo;un circuit int&eacute;gr&eacute;. Contrairement aux contr&ocirc;leurs traditionnels qui int&egrave;grent le MOSFET de puissance, ce circuit contr&ocirc;le un MOSFET externe pour r&eacute;duire fortement la dissipation de chaleur totale et maximiser le rendement en puissance, sp&eacute;cialement important aux niveaux &eacute;lev&eacute;s de puissance. Cette approche permet aux utilisateurs de dimensionner le MOSFET en fonction des demandes sp&eacute;cifiques en temp&eacute;rature et rendement de leurs applications, autorisant l&rsquo;utilisation de MOSFET &agrave; faible r&eacute;sistance passante RDS(ON) de 30 mohms si n&eacute;cessaire. Le contr&ocirc;leur reconna&icirc;t un PSE soit de Type 1 compatible avec le niveau de puissance IEEE 802.3af de 13 W, soit de Type 2 compatible avec le niveau de puissance IEEE 802.3at de 25,5 W ou de produits LTPoE++ compatibles avec les niveaux de puissance de 38,7 W &agrave; 90 W et s&rsquo;accordant en cons&eacute;quence. Pour une allocation efficace de puissance, les utilisateurs de PD peuvent configurer une classification qui repr&eacute;sente l&rsquo;usage de la puissance du composant aliment&eacute;.<br \/>\nAvec une tension d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e nominale de 100 V max. le contr&ocirc;leur survit et prot&egrave;ge les PD de la plupart des cr&ecirc;tes de tension ordinaires&nbsp;des lignes Ethernet. Une alimentation auxiliaire, programmable, avec les caract&eacute;ristiques concernant la corruption de signature, assure un fonctionnement &agrave; partir de 9 V.
