La tension de sortie est r&eacute;glable entre 0,6&nbsp;V et 90% de la tension d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e. Il pr&eacute;sente par ailleurs un temps &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;tat passant (on-time) de seulement 50&nbsp;ns, ce qui rend possible la conversion d&rsquo;une tension &eacute;lev&eacute;e en entr&eacute;e en une tension basse en sortie avec un seul &eacute;tage et permet ainsi d&rsquo;abaisser les co&ucirc;ts et d&rsquo;&eacute;conomiser un espace pr&eacute;cieux sur le circuit imprim&eacute;. Utilisant une technique de contr&ocirc;le MLI &agrave; fr&eacute;quence constante en mode courant, ce circuit affiche d&rsquo;excellentes caract&eacute;ristiques de stabilit&eacute; et de r&eacute;ponse aux transitoires qui minimisent les ondulations de la tension de sortie. La fr&eacute;quence de d&eacute;coupage du r&eacute;gulateur peut &ecirc;tre r&eacute;gl&eacute;e entre 300&nbsp;kHz et 1&nbsp;MHz. Une entr&eacute;e Enable de pr&eacute;cision, une entr&eacute;e de supervision de la tension et une fonction Power Good assurent une s&eacute;quence de d&eacute;marrage simple et fiable. De plus, la fiabilit&eacute; et la protection du syst&egrave;me sont maximalis&eacute;es au moyen d&rsquo;une protection contre les surintensit&eacute;s, d&rsquo;un verrouillage en cas de sous-tension et d&rsquo;un arr&ecirc;t thermique.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:normal\">Op&eacute;rationnel dans la plage de temp&eacute;rature de jonction comprise entre -40 &deg;C et +125 &deg;C, ce r&eacute;gulateur est disponible en bo&icirc;tier LFCSP 12 contacts de 3&nbsp;x&nbsp;3&nbsp;mm.
