La sortie de commande moteur est une forme d&rsquo;onde sinuso&iuml;dale qui supporte un fonctionnement &agrave; haute efficacit&eacute; et faibles vibration \/ bruit. Un d&eacute;codeur interne permet le contr&ocirc;le total du moteur cible &agrave; l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un unique signal d&rsquo;horloge, tandis qu&rsquo;un terminal &quot;Vref&quot; simplifie le calage du courant. Il a &eacute;t&eacute; con&ccedil;u pour une efficacit&eacute; optimale et pr&eacute;sente une faible r&eacute;sistance s&eacute;rie en ligne RDS(ON) de 1,2 ohm et un courant en mode veille de seulement 1 &micro;A. La tension d&rsquo;alimentation maximale du moteur s&rsquo;&eacute;l&egrave;ve &agrave; 15 V, alors que la gamme de tensions d&rsquo;alimentation du contr&ocirc;le s&rsquo;&eacute;tale de 2,7 V &agrave; 5,5 V. Le courant de sortie maximum est de&nbsp; 0,8 A.<br \/>\nCe composant peut op&eacute;rer &agrave; des temp&eacute;ratures de -20 &deg;C &agrave; 85 &deg;C et comprend un mode de recirculation mixte avec un taux fixe de 12,5%. Parmi les fonctions de protection int&eacute;gr&eacute;es figurent la protection contre les sur-courants, un circuit de coupure thermique, un dispositif de verrouillage en cas de sous-tension (ULVO) et une protection contre la conduction crois&eacute;e.
