Le fonctionnement en Burst Mode conduit &agrave; un courant de repos tr&egrave;s faible qui convient aux applications des dispositifs pour l&rsquo;automobile et industriels qui n&eacute;cessitent un fonctionnement ininterrompu et une autonomie sur&nbsp;batteries optimale. La conception unique de ces composants permet de maintenir la tension de d&eacute;chet &agrave; un minimum de seulement 500 mV lorsque la tension d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e tombe en dessous de la tension de sortie programm&eacute;e, une fonction n&eacute;cessaire&nbsp;dans les applications soumises &agrave; des conditions de d&eacute;marrage &agrave; froid pour l&rsquo;automobile. La fr&eacute;quence de commutation est programmable par l&rsquo;utilisateur de 200 kHz &agrave; 2 MHz, et peut &ecirc;tre synchronis&eacute;e de 250 kHz &agrave; 2 MHz, permettant au concepteur d&rsquo;optimiser le rendement tout en &eacute;vitant les bandes de fr&eacute;quences critiques sensibles au bruit. La combinaison de leur bo&icirc;tier MSOP &agrave; performances thermiques renforc&eacute;es et de la fr&eacute;quence de d&eacute;coupage &eacute;lev&eacute;e qui autorise l&rsquo;emploi de condensateurs et d&rsquo;inductances externes de petite taille, conduit &agrave; une empreinte tr&egrave;s compacte de bon rendement thermique.<br \/>\nCes r&eacute;gulateurs emploient un commutateur de fort rendement de 75 mohms avec la diode &eacute;l&eacute;vatrice, l&rsquo;oscillateur, un circuit de contr&ocirc;le logique int&eacute;gr&eacute;s sur la m&ecirc;me puce. Le fonctionnement en Burst Mode &agrave; faible ondulation maintient un rendement &eacute;lev&eacute; aux faibles intensit&eacute;s de sortie avec une tension d&rsquo;ondulation inf&eacute;rieure &agrave; 15 mV cr&ecirc;te &agrave; cr&ecirc;te. Des techniques de conception sp&eacute;ciales associ&eacute;es &agrave; un processus de gravure des transistors haute tension permettent un rendement &eacute;lev&eacute; sur une large gamme de tensions d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e et leur topologie en mode courant autorise une r&eacute;ponse rapide aux transitoires et une excellente stabilit&eacute; de boucle. Les autres caract&eacute;ristiques incluent un indicateur de tension &eacute;tablie, la possibilit&eacute; d&rsquo;un d&eacute;marrage progressif et une protection thermique.<br \/>\nLes deux composants sont encapsul&eacute;s en bo&icirc;tier MSOP-16 &agrave; performances thermiques renforc&eacute;es. Les versions indice IMSE sont test&eacute;s et garantis pour fonctionner avec une temp&eacute;rature de jonction de &nbsp;&ndash;40 &deg;C et +125 &deg;C et les HMSE de &nbsp;&ndash;40 &deg;C &agrave; +150 &deg;C.
