Dans les syst&egrave;mes &agrave; basse tension, une commutation lente entre des contr&ocirc;leurs engendre une chute de tension pendant le passage d&rsquo;une alimentation&nbsp;&agrave; l&rsquo;autre. Ici, la mise en marche rapide, inf&eacute;rieure &agrave; 1&micro;s, assure une commutation souple d&rsquo;une ligne &agrave; l&rsquo;autre, sans oscillation. Dans le cas o&ugrave; une alimentation fait d&eacute;faut ou est court-circuit&eacute;e, un arr&ecirc;t rapide limite les courants inverses. En plus d&rsquo;une alimentation redondante &agrave; fonction&nbsp;OU, ce circuit s&rsquo;apparente &agrave; une diode de remplacement, bien adapt&eacute; aux applications o&ugrave;, pendant une d&eacute;faillance momentan&eacute;e de la tension d&rsquo;alimentation, la charge est isol&eacute;e afin de maintenir la tension de sortie pendant une courte dur&eacute;e. Deux entr&eacute;es permettent de valider les alimentations correspondantes. Avec ces deux entr&eacute;es de validation &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;tat bas, le circuit ne consomme que seulement 75 &micro;A par alimentation. Des sorties d&rsquo;&eacute;tat individuelles indiquent si les MOSFET sont en marche ou &agrave; l&rsquo;arr&ecirc;t. Le contr&ocirc;leur fonctionne avec des tensions de 2,9 V &agrave; 18 V et, en plus, offre un contr&ocirc;le souple des tensions jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 0 V par l&rsquo;adjonction d&rsquo;une alimentation externe.<br \/>\nCe composant pr&eacute;sente un gain de place significatif par rapport &agrave; la majorit&eacute; des produits similaires. Il est pr&eacute;sent&eacute; en bo&icirc;tiers MSOP 16 broches ou DFN de 4 x 3 mm et est sp&eacute;cifi&eacute; pour les gammes de temp&eacute;ratures commerciales et industrielles.<\/p>\n<p
