Son redressement synchrone interne et sa conception &agrave; limite de cr&ecirc;te de courant programmable permettent d&rsquo;optimiser le rendement tout en minimisant l&rsquo;ondulation de sortie et la taille des composants externes. De plus, l&rsquo;intensit&eacute; du courant de sortie peut &ecirc;tre programm&eacute;e entre 50 mA et 500 mA par une seule r&eacute;sistance. La tension de sortie est r&eacute;glable via un diviseur r&eacute;sistif de 0,8 V &agrave; Vin, ou facilement programmable pour fournir des tensions de sortie fixes de 1,8 V, 3,3 V ou 5 V, avec une pr&eacute;cision de 1%. La combinaison de son bo&icirc;tier miniature DFN ou MSOP-16E &agrave; performances thermiques renforc&eacute;es et de seulement trois petits composants externes permet de pr&eacute;senter une r&eacute;alisation d&rsquo;empreinte tr&egrave;s compacte pour une grande vari&eacute;t&eacute; d&rsquo;applications &agrave; usage g&eacute;n&eacute;ral.<br \/>\nCe circuit emploie des MOSFET internes de puissance, c&ocirc;t&eacute; haut et c&ocirc;t&eacute; bas, pour assurer un rendement &eacute;lev&eacute; dans une empreinte tr&egrave;s compacte. Il pr&eacute;sente aussi un seuil de mise en marche&nbsp;pr&eacute;cis et un d&eacute;marrage progressif pour assurer un bon contr&ocirc;le du dispositif dans toute sorte d&rsquo;environnements. De plus, une sortie du comparateur de la boucle de retour permet la mise en parall&egrave;le de plusieurs convertisseurs pour des applications de plus forte intensit&eacute;.
