Par comparaison avec la conception originale de la structure des sorties, les mod&egrave;les de la nouvelle s&eacute;rie TC74VHCV sont &eacute;quip&eacute;s d&rsquo;une structure de sortie modifi&eacute;e pour autoriser une protection des broches de sortie en cas de coupure de la tension. Le reflux de courant depuis la carte principale vers une carte fille est ainsi &eacute;vit&eacute; lorsque l&rsquo;alimentation de la carte fille est d&eacute;connect&eacute;e.<br \/>\nToshiba a &eacute;galement int&eacute;gr&eacute; une fonction de trigger de Schmitt au niveau de l&rsquo;&eacute;tage d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e des mod&egrave;les de la s&eacute;rie TC74VHCV. Cette fonction permet aux circuits int&eacute;gr&eacute;s logiques d&rsquo;op&eacute;rer avec des signaux d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e changeant lentement d&rsquo;&eacute;tat ou distordus, ce qui arrive fr&eacute;quemment dans des applications industrielles avec des connexions longue distance. Gr&acirc;ce &agrave; la fonction de trigger de Schmitt, le flanc de tension de 0-20 ns\/V de la s&eacute;rie standard TC74VHC a &eacute;t&eacute; &eacute;tendu &agrave; 0-1000 ns\/V pour la s&eacute;rie TC74VHCV. Partant, cette derni&egrave;re devient tr&egrave;s attrayante pour une vaste gamme d&rsquo;applications dans l&rsquo;&eacute;lectronique industrielle et grand public. La s&eacute;rie TC74VHCV comprend des inverseurs (Hex et Octal), des circuits tampons, des &eacute;metteurs-r&eacute;cepteurs, des verrous et des bascules. Les composants peuvent op&eacute;rer avec des alimentations se situant entre 1,8 V et 5,5 V, et pr&eacute;sentent un important fan-out gr&acirc;ce au courant de sortie de 16 mA au minimum.<br \/>\nLes nouveaux composants sont disponibles dans un bo&icirc;tier TSSOP standard (TC74VHCVxxxFT) ou dans un bo&icirc;tier VSSOP plus petit (TC74VHCVxxxFK) pour des applications &agrave; contraintes
