Dot&eacute;e d&rsquo;une densit&eacute; maximale et affichant des performances&nbsp; in&eacute;gal&eacute;es, elle permet de proposer un design ultrafin, tout en am&eacute;liorant les performances des syst&egrave;mes de nouvelle g&eacute;n&eacute;ration et ce, tant pour les fabricants de mobiles que les fournisseurs de solutions d&rsquo;entreprise. En exploitant ses composants de 4 Gbits, Samsung peut en outre proposer des solutions de 2 Giga-octets (Go) aussi fines qu&rsquo;une lame de rasoir &#8211; 0,8 millim&egrave;tre (mm) &#8211; avec quatre puces LPDDR2 de 4 Gbits empil&eacute;es dans un seul composant LPDDR2. Ce nouveau composant est environ 20 % moins &eacute;pais que les m&eacute;moires de 2 Go qui empilent quatre puces LPDDR2 classe 30 nm de 4 Gbits. La nouvelle m&eacute;moire de 2 Go&nbsp; peut en outre traiter les donn&eacute;es &agrave; une vitesse atteignant 1066 Mbits\/s, tout en consommant la m&ecirc;me quantit&eacute;&nbsp; d&rsquo;&eacute;nergie que l&rsquo;ancien format 30 nm de 2 Go. Les atouts de la nouvelle LPDDR2 20 nm de 4 Gbits permettent de booster la croissance du march&eacute; de la DRAM de 4 Gits. <br \/>\nSelon l&rsquo;institut UHS iSUpply, les exp&eacute;ditions de DRAM de 4 Gbits augmenteront de mani&egrave;re constante, en atteignant environ 13 % des exp&eacute;ditions totales de DRAM en 2012, 49 % en 2013 et 63 % en 2014, la DRAM de 4 Gbits devenant ainsi une puce standard sur le march&eacute; de la DRAM vers la fin 2013.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.samsung.com\/GreenMemory\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"www.samsung.com\/GreenMemory\" rel=\"noopener\">www.samsung.com\/GreenMemory<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Samsung Electronics annonce avoir lan\u00e7er la production de la premi\u00e8re m\u00e9moire LPDDR2 (low power double data rate) de quatre gigabits (Gb) exploitant la technologie 20 nanom\u00e8tres.
