Les tensions de sortie positive et n&eacute;gative des r&eacute;gulateurs LDO peuvent &ecirc;tre r&eacute;gl&eacute;es &agrave; partir de 1,2 V et -1,2 V respectivement, en utilisant des diviseurs r&eacute;sistifs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top:0cm;margin-right:28.25pt;margin-bottom:0cm;margin-left:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\">Les pompes de charges internes fonctionnent soit en Burst Mode, avec une consommation basse au repos, ou en mode &agrave; fr&eacute;quence fixe &agrave; faible niveau de bruit, pour un rendement jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 88%. Fonctionnant en Burst Mode, la sortie de la pompe de charges est r&eacute;gul&eacute;e &agrave; &#8209;0,94 VIN. Dans ce mode, le LTC3261 consomme un courant de repos de seulement 60 &micro;A, tandis que le LTC3260 ne consomme que 100 &micro;A avec les deux r&eacute;gulateurs LDO actifs. Le fonctionnement &agrave; fr&eacute;quence fixe permet une faible ondulation en entr&eacute;e et en sortie. Dans ce mode, la pompe de charges g&eacute;n&egrave;re une tension de sortie &eacute;gale &agrave; &ndash;VIN &nbsp;et fonctionne &agrave; la fr&eacute;quence fixe de 500 kHz ou &agrave; une valeur programm&eacute;e entre 50 kHz et 500 kHz en utilisant une r&eacute;sistance externe. Les autres caract&eacute;ristiques du circuit int&eacute;gr&eacute; comprennent la stabilit&eacute; avec un petit nombre de composants externes dont des condensateurs &agrave; di&eacute;lectrique c&eacute;ramique, des circuits de d&eacute;marrage progressif pour emp&ecirc;cher des courants d&rsquo;appel trop importants lors du d&eacute;marrage, plus une protection contre les courts-circuits et une protection thermique. Ces deux composants conviennent &agrave; une grande vari&eacute;t&eacute; d&rsquo;applications comme les alimentations bipolaires inverseuses &agrave; faible niveau de bruit et &agrave; entr&eacute;e de forte tension, les alimentations pour la polarisation faible niveau de bruit, de l&rsquo;industrie\/instrumentation, des &eacute;quipements m&eacute;dicaux portables et des dispositifs de l&rsquo;automobile. <\/p>\n<p align=\"left\" style=\"margin-right:1.0cm;text-align:left\" class=\"MsoBodyText\">Le LTC3260 est disponible en bo&icirc;tier DFN, 3 x 4 mm, de faible profil (0,75 mm), et en bo&icirc;tier MSOP de 16 broches, les deux avec une pastille thermique au dos. Le LTC3261 est encapsul&eacute; en bo&icirc;tier MSOP de 12 broches, avec pastille thermique au dos.
