En outre, dans la mesure o&ugrave; la fr&eacute;quence de r&eacute;sonance nominale des pMEMS est beaucoup plus &eacute;lev&eacute;e que celle des quartz, ces oscillateurs permettent d&rsquo;obtenir des fr&eacute;quences plus &eacute;lev&eacute;es &agrave; moindre co&ucirc;t, sans sacrifier les performances critiques. Cette s&eacute;rie est la premi&egrave;re d&rsquo;une large gamme de dispositifs MEMS qui fournira aux utilisateurs des r&eacute;f&eacute;rences de synchronisation pratiques, pr&eacute;cises, avec un faible jitter.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&ldquo;En tant que leader de la synchronisation, nos clients attendent de la technologie pMEMS d&rsquo;IDT qu&rsquo;elle s&rsquo;&eacute;tende aux applications hautes performances, telles que les communications, qui repr&eacute;sente une part importante des 4 milliards de dollars du march&eacute; du contr&ocirc;le de fr&eacute;quence,&rdquo; d&eacute;clare Fred Zust, Vice-Pr&eacute;sident et Directeur G&eacute;n&eacute;ral de la Division Timing et Synchronisation d&rsquo;IDT. &ldquo;La technologie brevet&eacute;e de r&eacute;sonateur pMEMS d&rsquo;IDT combine le couplage &eacute;lectrom&eacute;canique fort du mat&eacute;riau pi&eacute;zo&eacute;lectrique, &agrave; la stabilit&eacute; et &agrave; la faible att&eacute;nuation du silicium monocristallin, en proposant des rempla&ccedil;ants pratiques et &eacute;conomiques aux oscillateurs &agrave; quartz, avec des performances et une fiabilit&eacute; in&eacute;gal&eacute;es. Ils supportent la signalisation diff&eacute;rentielle basse tension (LVDS) et logique ECL (Emitter-coupled logic) basse tension (LVPECL) &agrave; des fr&eacute;quences jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 625 MHz, et r&eacute;pondent aux exigences strictes de la plupart des applications de communication, de r&eacute;seau, et de calcul hautes performances. En plus des bo&icirc;tiers 7050 de 7.0 x 5.0 mm, ces oscillateurs sont &eacute;galement disponibles en petits bo&icirc;tiers plastique 5032 de 5.0 x 3.2 mm pour r&eacute;duire les co&ucirc;ts et minimiser l&#8217;empreinte sur carte dans les syst&egrave;mes tr&egrave;s denses.
